Haikou Jiangshan Villa

A Natural and Artistic Residence

The design of the Haikou Jiangshan Villa was inspired by the belief that space is not just a living place, but also a spiritual place that reflects and responds to true emotional identification. The designers aimed to create a simple and quiet space temperament, allowing residents to enjoy an elegant and peaceful mood.

One of the main features of this residence is the gentle blend of indoor and outdoor spaces. The architecture's elegant colors and smooth lines are clearly layered, showcasing the exquisite design philosophy of function and form. The interior spatial shape and furniture choices respond to the elegant arc shape of the architecture, creating a harmonious and cohesive living environment.

The Haikou Jiangshan Villa boasts a range of unique properties that set it apart from other residences. The ceiling runs through in a curve without any decoration, emphasizing the simplicity and elegance of the space. The black and cool spiral staircase in the middle of the villa leads directly to the gallery upstairs, adding a sculptural element that brings vitality to the space.

With a design area of 1054 square meters, the Haikou Jiangshan Villa offers a spacious and comfortable living experience. The layout of the space maximizes visual connection and interaction, creating a seamless flow between different areas. The open-style living areas are functionally coordinated and explicit, while each bedroom offers a view overlooking the mountains and features its own garden balcony, striking a balance between scale and privacy.

The project, which started in May 2020 and finished in July 2021, is located in Haikou, China. The design team, led by Tao Huang and Zhihong Li, included members such as Sijie Li, Zhiyong Zeng, Haiying Zou, Xiaoli Chen, and Jinqin Huang.

The Haikou Jiangshan Villa is not just a residence; it is a work of art that transforms the space into the form of an art exhibition. The living room, with its high ceilings, sculptural furniture and accessories, and dark background wall, exudes an artistic atmosphere, creating a unique and captivating space temperament.

This exceptional design has been recognized with the Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2022. The award acknowledges the well-designed, practical, and innovative nature of the Haikou Jiangshan Villa, which meets professional and industrial requirements while contributing to a better world.
